how Integrity Mobile services began…

2019 was a year filled with highs and lows for Jacob and his family. They were expecting a child, recently moved into a lovely home and things seemed to be going smooth. April 2019 brought changes, that initially seemed daunting, but proved to be God working to move in mighty ways. After the loss of his job, Jacob worked for friends for a time; though that was not sustainable for the family’s needs. Soon he began feeling prompted to look into business opportunities, something he had always dreamt of doing. Upon starting to look into what it would take to start a business, pieces began to come together in such a way that he knew in his heart that it was the Lord. It was a long and hard path to get all the things ready for a mobile repair business.

Jacob worked for weeks to transform a truck that had been stripped to nothing into what is now known within the company as ‘The Beast’. The flagship truck that started the business began as a skeleton of a truck, one that even his family couldn’t see becoming something useful; but Jacob had a vision and determination within him as he set out on the journey.

Along the course of the year, other devasting and incredibly joyous things occurred but through it all, Jacob remained steadfast and mindset on caring for the needs of his growing family and his growing business. Toward the end of the first year it became apparent that a business manager was needed to help things along and so Chris was hired onto the team as the first full-time team member.

From there, 2020 came along bringing its own set of challenges. Throughout a year that seemed to stop much of the world, there were the essential workers who had to keep at their jobs no matter what they may face. The business continued to grow during 2020 bringing new techs onto the team , along with a new, second truck. Again, a truck that seemed destined for a junk yard was transformed into something that hardly seemed possible. Fast-forward to now; our fleet has grown as has our team, and we give all glory to God.

It is the very heart of this business to bring exceptional service to our customers, to have a team who is dedicated to their quality of work and through it all, to honor God who makes this all possible.
